80 Years of Held – Motorcycle Clothing Born of Passion

2026 is a very special year for us: we are celebrating 80 years of motorcycling apparel, quality, innovation and a genuine passion for motorcycling. What began in 1946 as a small glove manufacturer is now an internationally recognised brand for motorcycling apparel and accessories – worn by generations of motorcyclists worldwide.

For us, this anniversary is more than just a look back. It is a thank you to you, our community, partners and dealers – and at the same time a promise for the future.

That’s why we’d like to cordially invite you to the Held MotoFescht on 25 & 26 July 2026 at the Held Logistics Centre in Kempten.

A legendary BMW R 80 GS is being restored as a symbol of 80 years of Held and converted into a modern adventure bike. Over several episodes, we’ll take you on the journey – from the very first step to the finished bike. You’ll soon be able to follow the conversion step by step on our YouTube channel.
