How Held eCall, powered by RideLink, works:
- The sensor detects a fall and notifies the eCall service via the RideLink app.
- The eCall service checks your status and riding data online and attempts to reach you by telephone.
- If you do not answer the call, the emergency call is triggered immediately and help is dispatched.
The entire process takes only a few minutes, and if you need help, it will be on its way as quickly as possible!
Availability
The eCall is available 24/7, and the emergency call centres are staffed around the clock.

The eCall system works throughout Europe, the USA, Canada, China and many other countries.
Compatibility
The Held eCall , powered by RideLink, is compatible with any jacket and easy to attach with the clip.
Setup
You connect the sensor to your smartphone once via Bluetooth, and from then on, the devices connect every time they are nearby.
