Held gloves win top award for fifth year running

We are extremely honoured to have once more received Europe’s highest accolade for bike kit excellence in the form of a Motorrad Best Brand award for Held gloves.

Motorrad is the biggest bike magazine in Europe, with a bi-weekly circulation of over 200,000. The magazine’s readers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and eager to give their feedback on the products they trust.

This time over 33,000 bikers voted for their favourite kit, and when it came to gloves an overwhelming 54% of them confidently stated that Held gloves are the best in the world. All the big brands were represented, but the nearest challenger only received 28% of the vote, with the others sharing the remaining 18%.

The Best Brand awards were instigated in 2006 and Held has won the gloves section each year since.

In 2010, Held luggage was also honoured with a Best Brand Award for our tank bags, and we also ranked 4th out of 43 in the textile clothing awards.
